Our Process

 Program Acceptance
Upon acceptance into the Mentor Advantage program, both mentors and participants will receive official invitations to exclusive mentorship events.

Event Kickoff
These events commence with engaging introductory messages, which help set the stage for the proceedings. They may also feature keynote speakers who share valuable insights relevant to the mentorship theme.

Breakout Sessions
To facilitate meaningful networking and productive discussions, participants are divided into smaller breakout rooms. This format allows for more personalized interactions and the opportunity to delve deeper into specific topics.

Mentor-Participant Connections
While a facilitator guides the overall discussion, participants are strongly encouraged to take initiative in forging their mentor-participant relationships during these events. Following the events, participants are urged to schedule one-on-one meetings with their mentors to further enhance their mentorship experience.
This structured process ensures that participants have a clear understanding of what to expect and how to make the most of their mentorship events within the Mentor Advantage program.
